Rental Care & Return Guide
Simple steps to keep your rentals in good shape and make return pickup quick.
1. Protect your rentals from weather
- Keep tables, chairs, games and electronics out of rain and overnight damp where you can.
- Do not leave cushions or padded chairs outside overnight.
- Inflatables must be turned off and deflated in high winds, lightning or heavy rain. Follow the safety instructions our team gives you.
2. Wrap up after your event
- Remove food, tape, stickers and decorations from tables and chairs.
- Shake food and confetti off table covers. Do not bag wet covers.
- Gather game pieces, balls and bags back into their bins.
3. Fold and stack (when teardown was not booked)
- Fold standard chairs and tables and stack them neatly.
- Return them to the agreed pickup spot before our team arrives.
- Keep stacks stable, away from vehicles and sprinklers.
4. Team-installed equipment
- Do not move or take apart inflatables, the throne chair, the claw machine or other team-installed equipment unless we ask you to.
- Our team handles teardown and loading at your pickup time.
5. Access and schedule changes
- Keep the agreed return-pickup spot, driveway and gates clear and easy to reach.
