School Event Rentals in Hamilton

Regis Event Rentals supplies the equipment for events held at schools across Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Dundas, Binbrook and Waterdown: carnival games, party games, inflatable challenge games, chairs, tables, picnic tables and sound.
We supply equipment only. The gym, hall, yard or field is booked by your school; we deliver to it, and everything below links to its own product page with its real price and availability so you can build the list and send one booking request.

Sizing the day to your school
- Up to 150 students: 5 to 6 game stations, one larger attraction if the budget allows, two tables for refreshments and one for check-in.
- 150 to 350 students: 8 to 10 stations, one or two inflatable challenge games, 4 to 6 tables and a seating area for parents.
- 350+ students: 12 or more stations across zones, two or more inflatables, a claw machine or arcade-style unit, 6 to 8 tables and 30 to 50 chairs for rest and snack areas.
- Graduations and assemblies: one folding chair per attendee, a banquet table for awards and check-in, and a speaker with microphones for announcements. Cocktail tables suit a short standing reception afterwards.

Station layout and volunteers
- Spread carnival games in a row so lines do not cross; keep the biggest attraction visible from the entrance.
- Give party games a quieter corner as a no-line option for students waiting their turn.
- One volunteer per game station is the minimum; two runs smoother, one on the game and one on prizes and the line.
- One adult attendant at each inflatable at all times.
- Two people at the ticket or check-in table, plus a couple of floaters for breaks and restocking.
- We do not supply prizes or tickets, those are usually sourced by the parent council.

Gym, hall and outdoor field notes
- Gyms and halls: chairs and tables move quickly on a flat floor. Confirm door width, elevator access and ceiling clearance if an inflatable is going inside, and expect sandbag anchors rather than stakes.
- Fields: firm, level ground is easiest for our hand-truck and allows staking. Flag soft or waterlogged areas so we can pick a different spot.
- Hard surfaces: asphalt and pavement work for carnival games and tables; inflatables on hard surfaces need anchoring weights, so tell us the surface when you book.
- Power: inflatables and the claw machine need a standard outlet within 75 ft. If the nearest outlet is farther, contact us before booking so we can review the options.
- Access: send the loading door, gate or field entrance and any bell times so the truck goes straight to the right spot.
Delivery, pickup and weather
Delivery to your drop-off point is our base service, and we return for pickup after the event; stacking chairs, tables and games at the drop-off point speeds that up. Setup and teardown of chairs, tables and carnival games are optional paid add-ons. Inflatables are always set up and taken down by our team as a safety requirement. Lighter items are eligible for customer pickup from Stoney Creek with a refundable security deposit, while delivery-only items are marked on their product page.
