What to know before booking
Size & Clearance
Approximately 14 ft (L) x 9 ft (W) x 12 ft (H). Please review dimensions carefully to ensure adequate setup space. Please allow at least 3 ft of clear space on all sides for safe setup, anchoring, and player movement. For indoor use, ceiling height must also clear the inflatable height listed above.
Setup Requirements
A flat, open setup area with safe access is required. Outdoor setup depends on weather, surface conditions, available space, and safe access for delivery and setup.
Power
One standard household outlet is required within 50 to 75 ft of the setup area. Regis Event Rentals provides the extension cord. If power is not available within 50 to 75 ft of the setup area, a generator must be added to your order. Our 5500W Tri Fuel Generator is $150/day standalone, or $125/day when added with any inflatable rental.
Age & Use
Suitable for kids and adults. Best for ages 5 and up for sports challenge games. Adult supervision is required at all times during play.
Weather & Safety
Inflatables cannot be used during unsafe weather, including strong winds, heavy rain, or lightning. If unsafe weather occurs, gameplay should stop and the blower should be turned off until conditions are safe. Adult supervision is recommended during play.
Delivery & Setup
All inflatable rentals are delivery only. Regis Event Rentals handles delivery, setup, securing and anchoring, and a safety check before play begins, plus takedown and pickup. Customer pickup is not available, setup is not optional, and this is a same-day rental only. Overnight rentals are not available.
Deposit & Cancellation
A 25% deposit is required to reserve equipment and secure your rental date. The remaining balance is due before or on the rental date. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental date may be eligible for a booking credit toward a future rental at the discretion of Regis Event Rentals. Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental date are not eligible for credits or refunds.
