Event Rental Pricing in Hamilton & Surrounding Areas

How rental pricing works

• Prices listed on each product page are per day, based on a 24-hour rental block.
• We drop off before your event and pick up the next day at an agreed time.
• Your subtotal is calculated from the items in your cart, then delivery and HST are added.
• Nothing is charged until you review and approve the quote.

Delivery & pickup pricing

Delivery starts at $50. We drop off your rentals and return to collect them.

Your delivery fee is based on the driving distance from our Stoney Creek location to your event address, so nearby addresses always pay the $50 starting fee and farther addresses pay a little more. You see the exact amount in your cart once you select your address.

Standard delivery brings your order to the nearest safe, accessible ground-level drop-off point, such as a driveway, garage entrance, front entrance, building loading area or designated park loading area. It does not include carrying items through a home, into a backyard, upstairs, through elevators or across long distances. Setup and teardown are optional add-on services for eligible items, and inflatables always include our required setup.

Deposits, balance & HST

• Orders of $100 or more, booked more than seven days before the event: 25% deposit to confirm your date, with the balance due two days before the event.
• Orders under $100: paid in full.
• Events seven days away or less: paid in full.
• HST (13%) is added at checkout and shown separately on your quote and invoice.
• Customer pickup orders include a refundable security deposit, returned after the items come back in good condition.

Full terms are in our rental policies.
