Planning by type of grad party
Backyard grad parties. The most common booking we deliver in June. Tables and chairs need a flat, level surface, and equipment should not be left out in heavy rain or high wind, so keep a covered area or a rain date in mind.
Family grad dinners. Smaller and seated. Round tables with padded chairs, cloths, and a speaker with microphones if someone is giving a speech.
Community hall celebrations. Check what the hall already provides. Many include basic tables and chairs, so families rent the cocktail high-tops, linens and an interactive game instead of duplicating what is there.
School graduation events. Grade 8 farewells and end-of-year assemblies usually need seating volume and a couple of games. See school event rentals for that side of it.
