Information we collect

• Booking and quote details: your name, email address, phone number, event date, delivery or pickup address, and the items you select. We use this to prepare your quote, confirm your booking, and coordinate delivery.
• Contact form messages: the name, email, phone number, and message you send us so we can reply.
• Website usage: pages viewed, device type, referring website, and an approximate city or region based on your IP address. This helps us see which pages are useful and where our customers are located.

Cookies and tracking

Analytics and advertising cookies are switched off until you choose Accept in the cookie notice. Declining does not affect browsing, adding items to your cart, or booking.

• Google Analytics 4: measures page views and general site traffic. Set only after you accept.
• Google Ads: measures which ads lead to quote requests and bookings, and supports remarketing. Set only after you accept.
• Our own site analytics: a random ID stored in your browser so repeat visits are not double-counted. It contains no personal details and is not shared or sold.
• Location lookup: we use ipapi.co to turn your IP address into an approximate city so we can plan delivery coverage. We do not store your full IP address.
• Square: processes card payments on our checkout and payment links. Square handles your card details directly; we never see or store full card numbers. These cookies are required for payments to work.

We do not use Meta Pixel, TikTok, Microsoft Clarity, or session-recording tools.

Changing your cookie choice

Your choice is saved in your browser. To change it, clear your browser's site data for www.regiseventrentals.ca and the notice will appear again on your next visit. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

How we use and share information

We use your information to answer questions, prepare quotes, fulfil bookings, take payment, and send booking-related emails. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business: Square for payments, our email delivery provider for booking notifications, and Google for analytics and ads where you have accepted.

Keeping and deleting your information

Booking and invoice records are kept for our accounting and tax records. Quotes that are never confirmed are removed once they expire. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time and we will action reasonable requests.
