How do I book a rental with Regis Event Rentals?

How much is delivery?

Delivery starts at $40 within Hamilton and Stoney Creek. Pricing is based on your city and order size, and the final fee is confirmed on your quote before you pay.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no strict minimum to request a quote, but most delivered orders fall in the $150 and up range once delivery is included. For smaller orders, customer pickup from our Stoney Creek location is the most affordable option.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 1 to 2 weeks ahead, especially during peak season (May to September). Popular items like inflatables, lawn games, and the claw machine book up fastest.

Do you set up and take down the equipment?

Delivery is the base service. Setup and teardown are available as a paid add-on at booking. Without it, tables and chairs are delivered stacked and ready to place, and need to be folded and stacked again for pickup. Inflatables are the exception — they always include full setup, anchoring, and pickup because they must be installed safely by our team.

We accept credit card, debit, and bank transfer through a Square invoice. A 25% deposit is due to confirm your booking. The balance is due before or on delivery day.

What happens if it rains on my event day?

Contact us as soon as you know about a weather change. We will work with you to reschedule when possible at no extra charge for outdoor-only items. Indoor-suitable items are not affected.

No. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your rental date and equipment reservation.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental date may be eligible for a booking credit at the discretion of Regis Event Rentals. Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental date are not eligible for credits or refunds. Deposits remain non-refundable.

Are the rentals clean and well-maintained?

Yes. Every item is cleaned, inspected, and tested before each rental. We take pride in delivering event-ready equipment every time.

Can I pick up my rental order?

Yes. Pickup is available from our Stoney Creek location for many rental items. Customers must ensure their vehicle is large enough to safely transport the rented equipment. If items cannot fit safely in your vehicle at pickup, delivery fees may apply. Some large or fragile items are delivery-only.

Yes. Adult supervision is required at all times while inflatable games are in use.

We respond to quote requests 7 days a week, typically within 1 hour during business hours (8am to 8pm). Pickups and deliveries are scheduled at a time that works for your event.

Yes. Our Lawn Games collection includes Plinko, Giant Jenga, Cornhole, Connect Four, Axe Throwing, Ring Toss, Kerplunk, and more, great for backyard parties, school events, and family gatherings.

Can I change or reschedule my booking?

Yes. Reach out as soon as you know about a change and we'll do our best to move your booking to a new date or swap items based on availability. Date changes made at least 7 days before delivery are free. Changes inside 7 days are subject to availability and any difference in delivery fee.

Do you offer kids' chair rentals?

Yes. We rent kids' resin padded chairs sized for younger guests, popular for birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, and school events. Add them to your quote alongside adult chairs and we'll deliver everything together.
