How many chairs and tables do I need for a 100–150 guest stag & doe?

Plan seating for 60–70% of the guest count since most people will be up mingling and playing games. For 100 guests that's roughly 60–70 chairs and 10–12 six-foot tables (or a mix of banquet tables plus 8–10 cocktail high-tops). Add extra tables for prizes, food, drinks, and the entry/ticket desk. What are the best games for a stag & doe prize table setup?

Accepted Answer

Carnival games are the classic pick — Duck Hunt, Ring-a-Bottle, Balloon Pop, Can Smash, and Hit the Bucket all work great with a prize table. Add party games like Giant Jenga, Cornhole, and Giant Connect Four for mingling areas. Bundle a 2-game or 4-game carnival package to save vs booking individually.

Do you deliver to halls and backyard stag & does?

Yes. We deliver to banquet halls, legion halls, community centres, and backyards across Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Binbrook, Mount Hope, Burlington, Grimsby, and the Niagara Region. Delivery is our base service — chairs, tables, and games are brought to your drop-off point during your window and picked up after the event.

Question 4

How do delivery windows work for a Friday or Saturday stag & doe?

Accepted Answer

Most stag & does run Friday or Saturday evening. We schedule delivery earlier that day (or the day before, depending on venue access) and pick up the next day. Confirm your venue's access hours when you submit your quote so we can schedule around them.

When should I book and how much deposit do you need?

Accepted Answer

Book 3–6 weeks out for summer Saturdays. A 25% deposit confirms your date; the balance is due before delivery. Submit a quote and we'll confirm availability and pricing.

Is setup included?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to your drop-off point is our base service. Setup and teardown of chairs, tables, and carnival game tables are optional paid add-on services you can add to your quote. Inflatables are always set up by our team as a safety requirement.

Question 7

Do any of the games need power?

Accepted Answer

The mini claw machine and the JBL PartyBox speaker need a standard household outlet nearby. Carnival games and party games don't need power. Tell us where the game area is so we can confirm you have an outlet within reach.

Question 8

Can the games be set up indoors in a hall?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Carnival games are tabletop games that sit on a 6ft table, and party games like Giant Jenga, Connect Four and Cornhole work on a flat indoor floor as long as there's clear space around them. Outdoors, we need a reasonably flat, level surface and a rain plan since games are not left out in heavy rain or wind.

Can I pick items up myself instead of paying for delivery?

Some items are pickup-eligible from our Stoney Creek location and some are delivery only. Delivery-only items are flagged on their product page and in the cards above. Pickup orders include a refundable security deposit. Full terms are on our rental policies page.
