Indoor and outdoor gatherings
Indoors. Check first whether the church, hall or funeral home already provides chairs and tables. Many do, and families then rent only what is short: extra seating, a long table for food, or linens to tie the room together.
Outdoors. Chairs and tables need a flat, level surface. Firm, dry grass is fine. Please keep an indoor alternative in mind, as equipment should not be left out in heavy rain or high wind.
A memory table. A 6ft rectangular table with a white or black cloth is the usual choice for photographs, flowers and a guest book. Cocktail tables work well near the entrance and around the edges of a reception.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery and return pickup is our standard service. We deliver to the nearest safe, legal, ground-level drop-off point and collect afterwards. Setup and teardown are available on eligible items when added to your booking. Chairs, folding tables and covers can also be collected from Stoney Creek with a refundable security deposit.
