Church Event Planning Guide (Hamilton Area)
Planning a parish picnic, VBS week, fundraiser, or anniversary event at a Hamilton-area church? This is the working planner for the events we outfit most often for parishes across Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, and Grimsby.
Event types we outfit
Parish picnics & BBQs
Chairs and 6ft banquet tables for a shared meal, a lawn game bundle for the afternoon, and one bounce house or inflatable slide for the kids.
VBS (Vacation Bible School)
Folding chairs for indoor sessions, a rotating outdoor games station (Giant Jenga, Cornhole, carnival games), and one inflatable for the closing celebration.
Fundraisers & anniversary events
60" round tables and padded chairs for a sit-down dinner, cocktail high-tops for the reception hour, and a barrel bar for the drink station.
Community outreach days
Bounce house, 4–5 lawn/carnival games, chairs and tables for a food station. Volunteer-friendly setup since delivery is our base service.
Delivery & parish access
- We work around mass and service times.
- Parking lot or lawn delivery — we use a hand truck for the last stretch.
- Inflatables need a level footprint (13 ft × 13 ft minimum) and a nearby outlet.
- Setup and teardown of chairs/tables/games are optional paid add-ons.
