How far in advance should schools book event rentals?

Book 4–8 weeks ahead for end-of-year events (June is our busiest school month). Assemblies and one-off spirit days can usually be booked 1–2 weeks out. Reserve early if you need multiple inflatables.

Do you deliver to schoolyards?

Yes — we deliver across HWDSB, HWCDSB, and independent schools in Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Dundas, Binbrook, Waterdown, and Grimsby. We coordinate with the office for gate access, drop-off windows, and any custodial requirements.

Do you provide invoices for school purchase orders?

Yes. We provide standard invoices with our business details for HWDSB and HWCDSB purchase orders and school council payments. Reach out and we'll walk you through it.

What are the safest game options for younger grades?

For K–3, lawn games with soft pieces (Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four, Ring Toss), and lower-inflatable bounce houses with adult supervision. Higher-adrenaline items like Axe Throw and inflatable obstacle courses work better for grades 4+.

Mix 2–3 inflatables with 3–4 lawn games and 2 carnival games for a full outdoor rotation. Rotate classes through in 20-minute blocks.

Sports days

Basketball Shootout, Football Toss, Axe Throw Challenge, and Baseball Challenge run as skill stations alongside traditional relay events. Add cornhole and Giant Jenga for downtime.

End-of-year celebrations

A bounce house plus a lawn game bundle covers most K–6 celebrations. For 7–8 grads, add cocktail high-tops and a photo-friendly throne chair moment.

Assemblies & indoor events

Folding chairs for gym or auditorium seating, plus a claw machine or inflatable ring toss for indoor activity days.

Delivery & school access

We coordinate drop-off windows around your bell schedule.
Schoolyard delivery — we can access most tarmac and grass areas with a hand truck.
Power for inflatables — a standard outlet within 75 ft, or a generator add-on ($65).
Delivery is included; setup and teardown of chairs/tables/games are optional paid add-ons. Inflatables are always set up by our team.
